RESUMEN
El objetivo de este trabajo es una revisión del estado actual en el conocimiento del síntoma acúfeno, de su fisiopatología , tanto en los aspectos de su generación como de su cronificación, de su tratamiento y de la importancia del médico de familia en el manejo del mismo en las consultas de Atención Primaria.
