Premature newborn female of 26 weeks of gestation who stayed 22 days of life extra uterine in the service of Neonatology in the room of Intensive Care Neonatal of the Clínica de Sociedades de la Mujer, transferred of a second level from their birth for premature, breathing difficulty and to be infected potentially by lingering premature rupture of membranes. He developed with bad response and evolution, developed neonatal sepsis, clotting disseminated intravascular. It begins with active upper digestive hemorrhage. It was attributed to infectious process, to weigh specific handling and partial correction of the septic square, it persists with active hemorrhage the one that disorder, until developing shock and organ dysfunction reported in the autopsy study a gastric ulcer and severe erosive gastritis. At the present time it is possible to integrate accurate diagnosis etiologic of causing intestinal anatomical lesions of this dysfunction, provided it is had the technical equipment and the personnel with training specialized in the Unit of Cares Intensive Neonatal.
