Herein we describe a new therapy for trigeminal neuralgia using Oxoral®, a superoxidized electrolyzed solution with nearly neutral pH. A troncular treatment of V1, V2, V3 and occasionally Trigger zones of twenty patients were enough to achieve pain relief and a stability period of four to sixteen months with no more than seven infiltrations. Alone with this, a gradual suspension of oral drugs was possible from the first to the third infiltration.

Key words: Typical trigeminal neuralgia, troncular infiltration V1, V2, V3, trigger zones, super oxidized electrolyzed water with neutral pH.
