FRAGMENTO

Hombre de 43 años, trabajador agrícola y sin hábitos tóxicos. Presentó una clase funcional I, según New York Heart Association.
Se estudió, durante seis meses, por pérdida de conciencia y convulsiones recurrentes. Fue ingresado, frecuentemente, en terapia intensiva. Los estudios de hematología, electroencefalograma y tomografía contrastada de cráneo resultaron normales. Examen físico-respiratorio: murmullo vesicular normal, ausencia de estertores, frecuencia respiratoria (16 resp./min.).
