RESUMEN

Presentamos el caso de una paciente femenina, mestiza de 41 años de edad, que acude a consulta por presentar lesiones en piel caracterizadas por nódulos y placas infiltradas eritematovioláceas, acompañadas de fiebre y leucocitosis. Se realiza biopsia de piel que informa una Dermatosis Neutrofílica Aguda Febril (Síndrome de Sweet), asociada enfermedad hematológica maligna (Leucemia Mieloide Crónica).
