RESUMEN

El linfoma plasmablástico (LPB) es una variante de linfoma no Hodgkin de células B grandes difusas. Es un reto diagnóstico para el dermatólogo por la baja incidencia y el polimorfismo clínico asociado a la infección por VIH. Exponemos el caso de un hombre de 35 años con presentación atípica de esta enfermedad en un paciente con VIH-SIDA.
