RESUMEN

Se relata el caso de una paciente recién nacida que desde su nacimiento presenta múltiples lesiones cutáneas diseminadas (hemangiomas)asociados con secuestro plaquetario, sangrado del tubo digestivo secundario a angiodisplasia y gastritis hemorrágica severa. Posteriormente desarrolló insuficiencia cardiaca de gasto alto que no respondió al tratamiento habitual. Se recomienda el estudio clínico exhaustivo de los neonatos con hemangiomas y se indican los pasos a seguir en el abordaje diagnóstico temprano, con objeto de instaurar el tratamiento precoz.
