RESUMEN

La caída de cabello es un problema muy frecuente en hombres y mujeres, lo cual influye de forma negativa en la autoestima y el funcionamiento psicosocial de quienes la padecen. La micropigmentación de la piel cabelluda (SMP) es un procedimiento de camuflaje, no invasivo, accesible y que se puede utilizar para en pocas horas cubrir prácticamente el 100% de cualquier área de alopecia, cicatricial y no cicatricial.
La SMP consiste en escoger el color del pigmento que se compare exactamente con el color del cabello del paciente, creando puntos y líneas que suavicen el contraste entre el cabello y el color de la piel cabelluda, esto da un aspecto de mayor densidad. Presentamos diversos casos en donde la SMP logró mejorar significativamente la calidad de vida de nuestros pacientes, en muchos de ellos de forma radical.
