RESUMEN

Marcar un riesgo ha sido importante en la evaluación del paciente, como son: edad, severidad de la enfermedad cardiaca, y comorbilidad en pacientes programados para cirugía cardiaca. Algunos marcadores de riesgo han sido desarrollados a predecir mortalidad después de cirugía cardiaca. Este papel analiza los datos reportados en cirugía cardiaca en el mundo, el cual contiene información acerca de los factores de riesgo preoperatorios y complicaciones postoperatorias.
