Propiedades psicométricas del instrumento de autoeficacia de competencias interprofesionales

RESUMEN

En la literatura se identifica la falta de instrumentos en español para evaluar las competencias interprofesionales determinadas por el panel de expertos de Educación Colaborativa e Interprofesional. Por tanto, el objetivo del estudio fue describir las propiedades psicométricas del instrumento para valorar la autoeficacia de competencias interprofesionales. Se realizó un estudio instrumental con diseño transversal, con muestra no probabilística de 199 estudiantes de seis licenciaturas del área de la salud, de una unidad multidisciplinaria. Se utilizó un instrumento de diseño propio para medir el nivel de autoeficacia de las competencias genéricas, consta de 26 reactivos en escala tipo Likert. Para el análisis de las propiedades psicométricas del instrumento se realizó un análisis factorial exploratorio de componentes principales con rotación promax. Se obtuvo una solución de cuatro factores y valores de alfa de Cronbach por encima de 0.778 para cada factor. Se concluye que el instrumento tiene propiedades psicométricas aceptables y que se requiere probar en profesionales que laboren en campo profesional, así como verificar validez convergente con otros instrumentos.
