Importancia de la suplementación en el método Zelé

El método Zelé es eficaz para la pérdida de peso
porque incluye una dieta cetogénica baja en
grasas (solo saludables), isoproteica e hipoenergética
que, junto con una vigilancia estrecha
del profesional de la salud y la suplementación
correcta, no solo ha demostrado disminuir la
grasa visceral del paciente sino las complicaciones
metabólicas. Aunque se siguen encontrando
efectos benéficos del método Zelé en la salud,
los que ya han sido publicados son sus efectos
positivos en la regulación de la presión arterial de
mujeres mexicanas con obesidad I, en el perfil
de lípidos de mexicanos con obesidad I, y en el
control glucémico después de una disminución
del 5% del peso corporal con este método.
