RESUMEN

Objetivo: Describir la prevalencia y explorar los factores asociados con el acceso a pruebas diagnósticas de infecciones de trasmisión sexual a inmigrantes venezolanas a Perú.
Materiales y Métodos: Estudio transversal, analítico, de datos secundarios de la segunda Encuesta Nacional a la Población Venezolana Residente en el Perú (ENPOVE). Se aplicó un modelo lineal generalizado de Poisson, con función log-link para el análisis, cálculo de razones de prevalencia crudas (RPc) y ajustadas (RPa) junto con sus respectivos intervalos de confianza del 95% (IC95%).
Resultados: De una muestra de 3617 mujeres resultó una prevalencia de acceso a pruebas diagnósticas de infecciones de trasmisión sexual del 27%. El acceso a estas fue mayor en las inmigrantes venezolanas jóvenes (RPa: 2.62; IC95%: 1.38-4.96), convivientes (RPa: 2.52; IC95%: 1.97-3.22), residentes en Chimbote (RPa: 1.70; IC95%: 1.35-2.14) y en quienes tenían seguro integral de salud (RPa: 1.44; IC95%: 1.22-1.71), fue menor en las que ingresaron a Perú entre el 2020 y 2022 (RPa: 0.76; IC95%: 0.62-0.92) y en quienes tuvieron necesidad de acceso a servicios de salud (RPa: 0.78; IC95%: 0.68-0.90).
Conclusiones: Solo 3 de cada 10 mujeres inmigrantes venezolanas accedieron a pruebas diagnósticas de infecciones de trasmisión sexual. El ser joven, conviviente, residir en Chimbote y contar con seguro integral de salud fueron factores que se asociaron con un mayor acceso, mientras que ingresar a Perú entre 2020 y 2022 y tener necesidades de acceso a servicios de salud se asociaron con un menor acceso a las pruebas diagnósticas de infecciones de trasmisión sexual.
