RESUMEN

Las manifestaciones más frecuentes en la radiografía posteroanterior de tórax son infiltrados alveolares bilaterales extensos, colapsos lobares, consolidaciones focales, broncograma aéreo, evolución rápidamente progresiva a imagen en vidrio despulido y derrame pleural uni o bilateral.
