RESUMEN
Se presenta un caso de un hombre de 26 años de edad, con evacuaciones diarreicas de 5
meses de evolución, que se incrementaba con el consumo de alimentos grasosos y se acompañaba
de perdida de peso. En la citometría hemática se observa anemia macrocítica (VGM 125.5 fL).
Se realiza una discusión del caso y revisión de la literatura.
