RESUMEN

La enfermedad de Darier-White es una dermatosis que fue descrita en 1889. Es de herencia autosómica dominante y caracterizada por pápulas hiperqueratósicas localizadas en regiones seborreicas y anormalidades ungueales. Inicia entre la primera y segunda décadas de la vida. De diagnóstico clínico-patológico y el tratamiento más efectivo son los retinoides orales como la isotretinoína. Se hace revisión acerca de esta enfermedad así como la presentación de un caso.
