Fractura del escafoides carpiano en una niña

RESUMEN

Se presenta un caso de fractura del escafoides carpiano en una niña de 12 años. Se trató con inmovilización con yeso sin incluir el pulgar durante 6 semanas. Se revisa la literatura.
