En esta revisión nos enfocaremos principalmente en la cirugía ambulatoria en el paciente adulto.
La realización de cirugía ambulatoria en forma segura requiere, como condición importante, que los pacientes programados estén clasificados con un ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologist) I o II.
