FISIOPATOLÓGICO

La nefrectomía de donante vivo es un procedimiento quirúrgico de alta complejidad que exige una gestión anestésica de precisión. A diferencia de otros procedimientos quirúrgicos, el objetivo principal en este escenario es doble: garantizar la seguridad perioperatoria de un individuo sano y, simultáneamente, preservar la integridad funcional de un órgano que será sometido a una isquemia controlada para su posterior trasplante. La transición hacia técnicas de mínima invasión, como la laparoscopía y la cirugía robótica, ha introducido variables fisiológicas críticas que el anestesiólogo debe dominar con rigor.
