RESUMEN

Mujer de 53 años de edad, que fue sometida a mastectomía segmentaria bilateral 8 semanas antes con diagnóstico final de fibroadenoma hialinizado derecho y carcinoma ductal infiltrante izquierdo con compromiso del plano de sección; y posteriormente mastectomía radical y linfadenectomía izquierda hace 5 semanas encontrando foco residual de carcinoma ductal infiltrante, sin tumor en planos de sección, ni infiltración vascular, perineural o a piel.
