Reparación de la pars inter-articular en la espondilolistesis espondilolítica, osteosíntesis con tornillos transpediculares y banda de tensión

RESUMEN

Se operaron 20 pacientes de 25 a 55 años con espondilolistesis espondilolítica, mediante fijación con tornillo de compresión de esponjosa 6.5 mm con cuerda de 32 mm y arandela. Se obtuvo reducción de la olistesis grado 1 en 100% en 9 casos (45%), 50% en 4 (20%) y persistió sin cambio en 7 (35%).
