Correlación clínico-artroscópica de pacientes con síndrome de dolor anterior de la rodilla

RESUMEN

Se presenta una serie de 106 pacientes a quienes se les realizó un total de 116 procedimientos artroscópicos en las rodillas. Fueron 54 del sexo femenino y 52 del masculino con edad promedio de 37.5 años (18 a 60). El procedimiento artroscópico fue al mismo tiempo diagnóstico y terapéutico, bajo la indicación de todo síndrome doloroso de la rodilla que lo requiriera. Los resultados globales mostraron precisión diagnóstica clínico-artroscópica en el 82% de los casos (96 rodillas).
