Recomendaciones.
INC 1
• Investigar la capacidad funcional y el estado volumétrico del enfermo en cada visita con su médico.
• La evaluación de la capacidad funcional deberá realizarse mediante métodos clínicos (anamnesis, escala de NYHA, cuestionario de veteranos) puntuación de DASI.
• Se recomienda la evaluación de la capacidad funcional mediante PE en quienes la evaluación clínica de la capacidad funcional no tenga el grado de credibilidad necesaria para el médico y se requiera un método más objetivo para estratificar la magnitud de la insuficiencia cardíaca.
