FRAGMENTO

Resumen de la historia clínica Paciente femenino de dos años cinco meses de edad, originaria y residente del estado de México, medio socioeconómico bajo. Sus antecedentes incluyen una hermana fallecida a los 10 años de edad, obesa, por un cuadro de probable cetoacidosis diabética, una tía paterna con diabetes mellitus (DM) y tía materna con hipertensión arterial. Producto de la gesta IV, obtenida por parto eutócico sin complicaciones a las 36 semanas de gestación, pesó al nacer 2 600 g.
