RESUMEN

La tuberculosis es una enfermedad infecciosa de distribución mundial, originada por Mycobacterium tuberculosis, cuya incidencia se ha incrementado por asociarse a estados de inmunosupresión, principalmente infecciones por HIV, por lo que se hace necesario el conocer los métodos diagnósticos útiles para tuberculosis cutánea, visceral y/o miliar, permitiendo la instauración temprana de tratamiento.
