FRAGMENTO

Paciente del sexo femenino, de 62 años de edad, dedicada al hogar, originaria y residente del Distrito Federal. Presenta una dermatosis localizada a la cabeza de la que afecta el antihélix del pabellón auricular derecho. La dermatosis está constituida por una neoformación única, bien limitada, hemiesférica, de 0.9 x 0.7 cm, color eritemato-parduzca y de consistencia ahulada (Figura 1). Evolución crónica y asintomática. La paciente refiere haber iniciado de forma espontánea con la aparición de una “bolita” 1 año previo a acudir a consulta y que presentó crecimiento progresivo. No recibió tratamientos previos.
