FRAGMENTO

El caso corresponde a una mujer de 24 años de edad con antecedente de amenorrea de un año de evolución. Su padecimiento inició con cefalea holocraneana de moderada intensidad que cedía mediante analgésicos y depresión. Posteriormente, se observó disminución de la agudeza visual del ojo derecho. A los 6 meses, la cefalea se hizo más intensa así como la depresión; se acompañó de disminución de fuerza en miembros inferiores y de somnolencia. Fue tratada como paciente psiquiátrica, presentando mejoría de su sintomatología.
