Escápula convexa asociada a deformidad de Sprengel

RESUMEN
Reportamos el caso de un niño con deformidad de Sprengel bilateral que fue tratado inicialmente mediante descenso de ambas escápulas y que evolucionó con una deformidad convexa de la escápula izquierda hacia la pared costal, dicha deformidad fue tratada mediante osteotomía de resección de la escápula y miodesis escapular con buenos resultados.
