RESUMEN

La pérdida temprana de dientes tiene múltiples etiologías, como por ejemplo fracturas radiculares, destrucción coronaria, enfermedad periodontal, complicaciones de tratamiento endodóntico y traumatismos dentoalveolares. Objetivo: Valorar las complicaciones que se presentan al trasplante de piezas dentarias en dientes con indicación de exodoncia o tratamiento de ortodoncia y llevarlos a posición de pieza dentaria diferente en pacientes jóvenes, sanos a quienes se realizaron autotrasplantes de dientes con desarrollo radicular incompleto.
