FRAGMENTO

Resumen clínico

Paciente de 33 años gesta 3 para 2 cesárea 1, posoperada de cesárea por embarazo de alto orden fetal (quintillizos). Cuenta con los siguientes antecedentes de importancia:
AHF: Sin antecedentes de embarazos múltiples en su familia, resto negados.
APNP: Originaria y residente de Villahermosa Tabasco, estado civil casada, religión testigo de Jehová, escolaridad licenciatura en informática, ocupación actual hogar, niega toxicomanías, grupo 0, Rh positivo.
APP: 1 cesárea, resto negados.
