Indudablemente que para poder brindar un tratamiento adecuado a una lesión mecánica es importante conocer con precisión la anatomía de la región sobre la cual se asienta, así como la diversidad de padecimientos que pueden presentarse debido a los mecanismos y vectores de energía que en forma horizontal, vertical o combinada pueden producirla.
