FRAGMENTO

Introducción: los meduloblastomas son tumores cerebrales embrionarios., estos corresponden al 15 al 25% de todas las neoplasias pediátricas. Recientemente la OMS reclasificó a los meduloblastomas en; tipo clásico, desmoplasico, nodular o intensamente nodular, anaplásico, y al de células grandes. Separando el tipo desmoplasico extensamente nodular del desmoplasico habitual debido a que este corresponde a un tipo de peor pronostico.
