Manejo anestésico en cesárea de urgencia en pacientes con enfermedad de Von Recklinghausen: Presentación de dos casos

RESUMEN

La enfermedad de Von Recklinghausen o neurofibromatosis tipo I es un grupo de enfermedades hereditarias autosómica dominante con un gran espectro de manifestaciones clínicas. Presentamos dos casos que describen a unas parturientas diagnosticadas con enfermedad de Von Recklinghausen a las cuales se les administró de manera exitosa anestesia epidural y general respectivamente para cesárea de urgencia, obteniéndose dos productos sanos, con buena puntuación de Apgar y sin complicaciones maternas ni neonatales.
