INTRODUCCIÓN

Las reacciones anafilácticas en el ámbito del perioperatorio son más frecuentemente relacionadas o secundarias a fármacos. La intensidad de presentación está determinada por diferentes factores, principalmente los relacionados a los antecedentes del paciente, como los alérgicos o las reacciones previas a otros fármacos, así como a las características farmacológicas del medicamento, administración, velocidad de infusión, etcétera. En términos globales se consideran dos tipos de reacciones secundarias o asociadas a fármacos:
