Objetivo: Determinar el efecto del reemplazo con hormona del crecimiento recombinante humana (rhGH) sobre la composición corporal y los marcadores de riesgo cardiovascular en pacientes acromegálicos con deficiencia de GH después del tratamiento con cirugía y/o radioterapia.
