Reacción granulomatosa por tatuaje cosmético

RESUMEN

Se comunica el caso de una mujer de 36 años que presentó una reacción granulomatosa en el sitio de realización de tatuaje permanente de cejas y labios. La dermatosis se resolvió posterior a la aplicación de esteroide intralesional. En este artículo también se revisan las complicaciones asociadas a los tatuajes, los pigmentos involucrados y los tratamientos disponibles.
