FRAGMENTO

La patología no neoplásica de las glándulas salivales consiste en anomalías del desarrollo, alteraciones obstructivas, infecciones, manifestaciones de procesos sistémicos, lesiones asociadas a problemas inmunológicos y condiciones idiopáticas. Algunas lesiones reactivas pueden simular neoplasias benignas o malignas, entre ellas están el tumor de Küttner, la adenosis esclerosante poliquística, la sialometaplasia necrosante y la lesión quística asociada a SIDA.
