Tumores primarios de columna vertebral en pediatría. Informe de tres casos

RESUMEN

Los tumores de la columna vertebral (TCV), se manifiestan con dolor. Son infrecuentes en la infancia y tienen mal pronóstico si se no se diagnostican oportunamente o si se hace un abordaje inadecuado.
La mayoría de los TCV son benignos. La cirugía es la piedra angular tanto para el diagnóstico y para su tratamiento.
Se informa una serie de casos de tumores de columna vertebral operados con resultado favorable.
