Niña de 14 años de edad, sin antecedentes de importancia para el padecimiento actual, que en septiembre de 2007 inició con aumento de volumen de tejidos blandos en el tercio proximal de la pierna izquierda, aparentemente posterior a traumatismo directo en la región.
