FRAGMENTO

Las matrix metaloproteinasas (MMPs) humanas se agrupan en una familia de 24 endopeptidasas que degradan virtualmente todos los componentes de la matrix extracelular. Las MMPs participan en varios procesos fisiológicos, tales como ovulación, migración celular, angiogénesis, implantación y desarrollo embrional.
