FRAGMENTO
Menor de dos años de edad de sexo femenino con los siguientes antecedentes de importancia: producto de la gesta I de madre de 17 años, obtenida por cesárea indicada por desproporción cefalopélvica. Fue alimentada al seno materno por un mes, posteriormente con leche maternizada por 9 meses, para después continuar con leche entera y estar incluida a la dieta familiar desde el año de vida, cuenta con esquema de inmunizaciones completo para su edad al momento del ingreso.
