FRAGMENTO

Paciente de sexo femenino de 55 años de edad, que se presenta a la consulta para un examen bucal. Refiere que hace mas de 3 meses le fue colocada una prótesis removible inferior que le molesta. Poco tiempo después apareció una úlcera que no ha curado desde entonces, a pesar de haber empleado los medicamentos tópicos que su dentista le prescribió.
