Mielolipoma supradrenal

RESUMEN

El mielolipoma adrenal es una neoplasia benigna rara, compuesta por tejido adiposo y hematopoyético. Hay relativamente pocos casos publicados y la mayoría de ellos son asintomáticos. Presentamos el caso de un mielolipoma suprarrenal en un paciente con múltiples antecedentes quirúrgicos, en quien fue detectada esta neoplasia adrenal como hallazgo (incidentaloma). A este paciente se le estaba dando seguimiento médico periódico, debido a derivación urinaria realizada previamente. Haciendo un análisis retrospectivo, se pudieron obtener discretos síntomas relacionados.
