RESUMEN

Se presenta el caso de un paciente con fractura ósea reciente de miembros inferiores es presentado. El diagnóstico clínico fue hecho con base en los síntomas típicos y signos del examen físico. Se discute la fisiopatología, trabajo diagnóstico y manejo del Síndrome de Embolia Grasa.
