RESUMEN

La piel es un órgano de choque de numerosas enfermedades sistémicas y por lo mismo, su afección puede ser clave para la detección de problemas internos aún no manifestados. Presentamos el siguiente caso en donde la afección cutánea fue pieza clave para la detección de un carcinoma metastático.
