FRAGMENTO

La estratificación del riesgo perioperatorio nos lleva a establecer el manejo con base en las comorbilidades del paciente, factores de riesgo, tipo de cirugía y condiciones físicas del paciente. Ante la creciente tasa de vida en la actualidad, nos enfrentamos a una población con mayores factores de riesgo y comorbilidades.
