RESUMEN

Se presenta el caso de un paciente con leucemia mieloblástica aguda y aspergilosis pulmonar, así como las características clínicas y radiológicas de un aspergiloma. Se aisló Aspergillus flavus. La respuesta al tratamiento antifúngico no fue exitosa. Los aspergilomas pulmonares se asocian con elevada mortalidad en pacientes inmunocomprometidos. Es importante conocer el abordaje diagnóstico y el tratamiento médico y quirúrgico de esta entidad.
