RESUMEN

Se presenta un caso clínico con atrapamiento del extensor pollicis longus a nivel del foco de fractura en una epifisiolistesis distal de radio, el déficit de movilidad activa del dedo pulgar del paciente, el dolor con la movilidad pasiva y las imágenes radiográficas nos deben hacer sospechar la existencia de esta lesión.
