Angiosarcoma hepático: reporte de un caso y revisión de la bibliografía

RESUMEN

Entre los tumores malignos de hígado está el carcinoma hepatocelular, las lesiones metastásicas, y los sarcomas primarios de hígado. El angiosarcoma representa 0.1 a 2% y son pocos los casos reportados en la bibliografía, con mortalidad elevada y diagnosticados postmortem 35-100%. Se describe el caso de un hombre en la séptima década de la vida, con insuficiencia y cirrosis hepática sin factores de riesgo convencionales y diagnóstico definitivo de angiosarcoma hepático.
