RESUMEN

Presentación del caso
Se trata de una mujer de 54 ańos, originaria de Tapalpa Jalisco, soltera, dedicada al hogar, lateralidad diestra.
Hipertensa de 8 ańos de evolución manejada con captopril 25mg c/8hrs. Consume además ácido acetilsalisílico 100 mg c/24 hrs. Resto de antecedentes negados o no relevantes.
