FRAGMENTO

Paciente del sexo femenino, de seis años de edad, originaria y residente de México, D.F. Presenta una dermatosa diseminada a tronco y a las extremidades. De tronco afecta hemitórax, axila y flanco derecho. De las extremidades compromete brazo y antebrazo, muslo y pierna por todas sus caras.
